Excellent Service The service rep was kind and understanding, the loaner car was sweet, and repairs were completed in a timely fashion. My concern was the AC, but while we waiting for the parts to arrive, service replaced some filters and aligned the steering. My 2016 Accord now drives like a new car. Thank You! More

I really, really hate it and this dealership furthers my disgust. The 2017 car was purchased over the phone/online and upon receiving the vehicle I feel like they stripped it for parts. There was 1 key (They want $150 for another). No floor mats. The passenger seat belt was backwards (thanks YouTube for the fix). No vehicle manual. And this was a service vehicle so the dealer owned it. My previous car was totaled and yet still had all the equipment but the newer dealer car doesn’t? They had over 3 weeks to prep the car so why are there finger print stains on the passenger visor that I have to scrub? Its also missing parts in the center console. Who steals that? Does Vic Bailey Honda? I was able to drive it so at least they didn’t take the engine. This experience further demonstrates you can't always trust Google reviews. No clue why the dealer has good ratings. More
