I was under the impression that I might need new brakes but he informed me on further inspection I still had miles to go. I appreciate his honesty in not selling me something I didn’t need yet. I waited until next oil change and scheduled both. I came into the service area to schedule the appointment, & service pulled up my vehicle & made the appointment. Next day I arrived & was greeted by a different service rep. I told him what I was there for. He looked at my vehicle & told me that the 9 speed transmission fluid change was at 60,000 miles, not 30,000. 2 of your service reps that had access to my type of vehicle (pilot touring), yet both thought I needed a transmission fluid change. Very happy that one of your reps was knowledgeable & saved me $500!! More

When we picked up the car, the check out was very smooth. Paying the advisor is a big step forward for Honda dealers...it sure is nice and makes it so much quicker than having to be led to the cashier, etc. Im sorry I don't have the Advisors name as my wife dealt with him but pull my records, as he was just super. Pretty hard to find good advisors who are good at what they do, can greet customers, and follow thru as promised. Don't lose any of yours!! More
