Vehicle is nice, but not a great deal on the price. I had my own financing with my credit union, but the Sales Manager swore he could meet or beat their rate. Apparently he applied to about fifteen banks, and was only able to match the rate...not beat it. All those inquiries dropped my Credit Score significantly. Not good. Car was hurriedly cleaned, and not very well. Pet hairs are still all over. This dealer has a good reputation, but we aren't very pleased wit our experience. More

Saw used car listed online, easily purchased in 3 days I saw a used Subaru (obviously a trade-in since it is a Honda dealership) on one of the major listing sites and contacted the dealership immediately. I saw a used Subaru (obviously a trade-in since it is a Honda dealership) on one of the major listing sites and contacted the dealership immediately. I was forwarded to Maxcy and he made the process very easy. It was a 2 hour drive away and Maxcy not only stayed late for me to get there after I got off work, he also pre-filled out all the forms so that I was in the dealership for less than 25 minutes. There have been a few hiccups since then (out of his control) and Maxcy has communicated with me throughout and just been a kind person. I would not hesitate to contact Vic Bailey or Maxcy in the future. More
