Told the guy that wrote me up that I only wanted what was in the book for 40,000 service. I had looked and knew this was oil and filter. 90 minutes later lady brings me a sheet of stuff they were going to do in the book for 40,000 service. I had looked and knew this was oil and filter. 90 minutes later lady brings me a sheet of stuff they were going to do to my 02 Civic. Total $79.95. Oil and filter took 2 hours. Notice on my Invoice a charge of $1.00 for "Service-History Admin". Is this the new thing to do to screw the customer. I thought they would have limited themselves to "document preparation fee." Caveat Emptor More
