Omg! Service department is the worse ever. We had a 4 o clock appt. but was there at 3pm. And end up leaving the service department at 6pm. I would say if you ever had a problem with your Honda vehicle to clock appt. but was there at 3pm. And end up leaving the service department at 6pm. I would say if you ever had a problem with your Honda vehicle to NEVER get it service there. Or just DIY never hurts. Or get it service elsewhere. I can't believe I trade my Toyota car for a Honda vehicle to deal with the bad service. I say hands down to Dave Edward Toyota has Honda beat by a mile long. More
We had a very good, way better than average sales experience. It did take awhile for them to locate the vehicle we wanted as there was only one sales manager there that day instead of the usual 2. experience. Both the salesmen we worked with, one on-line and one in person were fabulous. And they did after about 2 hours locate exactly what we wanted. It should arrive in about 10 days so we expect it to go smoothly from here. Breakaway Honda in Greenville refused to locate the CR-V we wanted. They told us there were none in the SE that met our requirements and tried to force us into buying something they had on the lot. So we had lunch and drove out to Vic Bailey's in Spartanburg, we are glad we did and can't wait for our car to come in. More

In the five years I have taken my Honda CRV to Vic Bailey I have never had a bad service experience. I am a strong believer in maintaining my vehicles and have found the prices at VB to be reasonable. Fort I have never had a bad service experience. Fortunately, I have yet to deal with a major repair; I am totally impressed with my Honda and believe that a large part of my satisfaction has been due to the Vic Bailey service department. More
Justin did a fantastic job! He was courteous and honest and went the extra mile! Enjoyed dealing with him from start to finish two weekends in a row. We had stopped in one weekend to see the used vehicles and went the extra mile! Enjoyed dealing with him from start to finish two weekends in a row. We had stopped in one weekend to see the used vehicles available and discussed the new Civic w/ its great features and great financing. Ended up returning the following weekend and purchased one used car and two new cars. Your dealership had nice used cars and a nice new car purchase program. My husband hates buying cars due to the car buying process so we were happy to get finished within 3 hrs. My husband also says instead of having to wait, it would be nice to have cars ready to go instead of the one on display to be cleaned up. If that had happened he could have made his tee time and warmed up! We love the cars 4 days out and thank you for your patience with us. We actually had a friend checking out your website while we were there. At this moment I do not recall the finance fella's name but he was super as well! Absolutely no buyer's remorse whatsoever. I don't really like the fact that I have to set up and account to enter this review. More
I simply stopped by Honda to do a test drive not having any intention of purchasing a car that day. My sales person was not pushy in any way. He was honest and very friendly with a great laugh. He did let me know the advantages of owning the car sooner versus later - particularly because interest rates are so low right now, something that can change on a dime. I really had no intention to purchase the car because I had simply driven the car and that was it. However, I had done a LOT of research on-line comparing several different cars. I had a pretty good idea that the CRV was the car I wanted to go with and my salesperson just helped solidify the information I had learned on-line in my research. When I was ready to go test drive my other car choice, they brought in the big guns and he made the deal sweet enough that I thought my time would be better spent purchasing the car I wanted rather than wasting time going back and forth on a few numbers. The other manager did give me more on my trade-in. That was important to me. The original trade-in wasn't so good and almost hurt my feelings. I had a Toyota for 11 years that was incredibly dependable and still a good car. I knew the Blue Book value and was a little hurt that the original price was quite a bit under that. The manager came back with a better trade-in which made me feel better about the entire deal. More

Our saleman, Bryan Paslay, was very professional and friendly!!! There was no "high pressure" sales or "have too or else" incidents. We haven't bought a car in over 10 years and at first we were "scared" to go and buy a car......but Vic Bailey Honda was an outstanding experience with a calm relaxing environment.
