John did an outstanding job working with us on this trade. He was patient and not the least bit pushy. He answered phone calls, text messages and emails even though he was out of the office after bei trade. He was patient and not the least bit pushy. He answered phone calls, text messages and emails even though he was out of the office after being injured in an accident. There was no haggling over the price of the car. We were given a good trade value on our Honda Accord. The entire experience was very different than what we have dealt with here at home. More
Reason for overall experience being a 3: The service writer was excellent. But when I checked out, he recommended that I change the cabin and engine air filter. I asked him why and he said they needed c writer was excellent. But when I checked out, he recommended that I change the cabin and engine air filter. I asked him why and he said they needed changing according to the tech. I told him I changed both filters 2 months (2200 miles) ago. If they needed changing already then there was a problem. The service writer call the tech out and asked why he recommended the change. The tech said it was on the last work order (the oil change I had at the dealership 3 months earlier) and it wasn't done at that time. The service writer told the tech I had changed the filters myself and the tech said sorry. The service writer apologized and said the tech should never recommend a service without inspecting the component himself. I thanked the service writer for his handling of the situation. The problem I have with this is now I'm wondering if I've paid for service that I didn't need. I just had my brakes replaced at your dealership about three months ago… did I really need brakes at that time? If my wife had been the one to bring in the van (she almost was, I took it at the last minute instead) she would have said yes to the filter replacement and I would have been very upset. I'm not sure I'll continue to bring the Honda to this dealership for service because I'm not sure I can trust recommendations. My 2010 Odyssey has 60k miles so maintenance will be needed more now than ever. I want to be able to rely on the techs to offer honest, quality service and advice. Thank you, Scott Cochran More

Having built trust with Mark and Vic Bailey Honda has made the purchase of a new car simple and less time consuming. Most of the work was completed without visiting the showroom. made the purchase of a new car simple and less time consuming. Most of the work was completed without visiting the showroom. More
Omg! Service department is the worse ever. We had a 4 o clock appt. but was there at 3pm. And end up leaving the service department at 6pm. I would say if you ever had a problem with your Honda vehicle to clock appt. but was there at 3pm. And end up leaving the service department at 6pm. I would say if you ever had a problem with your Honda vehicle to NEVER get it service there. Or just DIY never hurts. Or get it service elsewhere. I can't believe I trade my Toyota car for a Honda vehicle to deal with the bad service. I say hands down to Dave Edward Toyota has Honda beat by a mile long. More
We had a very good, way better than average sales experience. It did take awhile for them to locate the vehicle we wanted as there was only one sales manager there that day instead of the usual 2. experience. It did take awhile for them to locate the vehicle we wanted as there was only one sales manager there that day instead of the usual 2. Both the salesmen we worked with, one on-line and one in person were fabulous. And they did after about 2 hours locate exactly what we wanted. It should arrive in about 10 days so we expect it to go smoothly from here. Breakaway Honda in Greenville refused to locate the CR-V we wanted. They told us there were none in the SE that met our requirements and tried to force us into buying something they had on the lot. So we had lunch and drove out to Vic Bailey's in Spartanburg, we are glad we did and can't wait for our car to come in. More
