From just saying Hi to holding the doors for me and my wife to putting a tag we wanted to transfer from another car on our new car. The finance process was also easy and quick. The finance officer, I think his name was Mark, walked us through the finance quickly and proficiently. One of the things that really impressed us was while we were waiting to go over the finance paperwork it started to rain and then hail. Marcellus was quick to grab our keys, run out in a down pour and move the car we were about to purchase into the service bay so the hail would not damage the car. Good and Bad I recently car shopped w/my fiance @ the same location and had a totally different experience. The gentleman that helped me with my purchase was hones I recently car shopped w/my fiance @ the same location and had a totally different experience. The gentleman that helped me with my purchase was honest, upbeat, respectful, and had an overall great attitude throughout the entire process. I would recommend him to any of my friends and/or family. The man that attempted to help my fiance and myself w/her purchase was quite the opposite. He was an older gentleman (mid-late 40's) prob. and had a strangely dark tan. He had dark hair that w/a little grey in it. He was kinda nice at first, but a little pushy. As soon as he realized that she wasn't going to be an easy sell, he began gradually growing more rude. My fiance explained to him upon our arrival that she had already gotten her financing approved through her bank and knew what she wanted and approximately what price range she wanted to stay in. He pushed and pushed to let him "just try" to get her approved through the dealership. She finally said yes and things got worse. My fiance had went to her bank ahead of time because she knows her credit is poor and is attempting to repair it. After the salesman saw her credit score, it was as if he lost interest. He did a callback a few days later to see if we wanted to come back and take another look around. While on the phone, my fiance tried to explain AGAIN exactly what she was looking for and that she was already approved. The salesman actually said to her, "You have a champagne taste on a beer budget.". She and I were and are not happy about that. I had to bite my tongue. In all honesty, if I had been told that he HAD to be My salesperson for My sale, I would have chosen a different lot just as my fiance did. She was dead set on purchasing from you guys. That salesman is the only reason she went to Nissan on the motor mile instead. More
