I spent over a week trying to contact someone to try to get my title shipped before I left to do a medical rotation in Arkansas (9 hr drive) and received absolutely no help. I couldn't tell if the problem was incompetence or willfulness. I was told two days in a row from the salesman that I would hear back from the title office that day. After continuing to hear nothing I called the office directly and was left on hold for over an hour. When I finally got in touch with someone after several days of calling, I was told by Tonya she would have the title to my address indicated by Friday. Needless to say it did not arrive. On top of this, neither Tonya (nor 'management' who she spoke to on my request) agreed to send an extended plate for me to remain legal because 'technically' they had done their part required by law. In Tennessee, it is required that you receive a new plate in person. I am now left with the option of driving 18 hours home and back one weekend, purchasing a plane ticket home or remaining illegal for a couple weeks. More
