Why are you here? Not made to feel welcome! My wife received a call from the dealership (Vic Bailey Honda) on Saturday, August 19 inquiring about her interest in upgrading. Her 2105 Honda Accor My wife received a call from the dealership (Vic Bailey Honda) on Saturday, August 19 inquiring about her interest in upgrading. Her 2105 Honda Accord lease was getting ready to end in two months. She scheduled an appointment to go in that same afternoon, being told that someone would be ready to work with her and show her the 2017 CRV's which she had indicated she was interested in. When we got there nobody knew anything about our appointment and worse yet was more concerned about what we were even doing there. It was like we had to beg them to let us look at some vehicles. Then when we finally did convience them that we were looking to lease a new CRV, the sales man was the worst car salesman I've ever met. Knew next to nothing about the vehicle and had zero enthusiasm. Long story short (I know, too late). We went to Dick Brooks Honda in Greer 8 days later and leased not one but two new Hondas from a great Honda Sales person at a great Honda Dealer! More

I informed in great depth and every seeming-obstacle was quickly cleared by the salesman and/or buy the business manager. I was originally enticed to check out your dealership by my own customers in Columbus, NC at my garden center. Each commented favorably and each strongly encouraged me to see your dealership before making any other decision. I'm really glad I listened to them and feel very good about my purchase.
