Excellent We went with the intent of purchasing a used car for my niece who just started driving. Once at the dealership we were greeted by salesman, John Keih We went with the intent of purchasing a used car for my niece who just started driving. Once at the dealership we were greeted by salesman, John Keihl. He was very informative about the vehicles on the lot. We decided to test drive a new Honda Civic for my niece. John allowed me to drive the vehicle on the interstate and then my niece drove it in town. We left there and went to look at a couple of other dealerships. However, we ended back up at Vic Bailey and they gave us the best deal. John Keihl was nothing but courteous, kind, and professional. He was never pushy or overbearing. Our experience there was nothing but excellent!! We purchased the vent and sunroom visors and floor mats and ended up with a problem with the sunroof visor and went back to the dealership. John Keihl greeted us and immediately took the vehicle in the service department and we worked with Shawn Crowell and he has been nothing but professional. They had to order another kit for the sunroof and as soon as the kit is in Shawn assured us that he would call us. I highly recommend Vic Bailey Honda and would rate salesman John Keihl at TOPS!!!!
