The staff at the Spartanburg Dodge dealership are very friendly and professional. I have never had such a "hassel free" experience buying a car new or used. I was impressed with the amount of information More

We do walkarounds on all vehicles coming through our shop and unfortunately the car was already damaged. If any damage ever does happen we are insured and would take full responsibility for it. We apologize for confusion, and would never damage a vehicle coming through our shop as you can tell from the other happy customers. Thanks!

Have attempted to help the customer out with their brakes but customer will not respond. Brakes are a maintenance/wear item and with the mileage on their car will typically need some sort of brake job. But I'm not so sure they do need brakes, I think their local dealer was trying to upsell them on extra service. Even though it was more than a year ago the customer purchased the vehicle from us used, I am willing to help them out but I just need to hear back from them. Thanks!
