Horrible! Do not WASTE your time trying to deal with the people! I called for an entire week inquiring about a vehicle, with no one calling or emailing me back. Then, today (4/4/15) I finally spoke with a guy name STEVEN, and he told me the car would be ready for me when I got there. I asked twice to make sure, because it was an hour drive to get to the dealership! When I arrived, he pulled up the wrong car, and then acted confused about what I asked for, even though he confirmed the vehicle before I arrived. He apologized and stated that legally "he couldn't hold the car", even though an hour before that he stated it was fine. So after driving an hour, waiting 30 minutes for nothing, we finally drove off while he and managers mumbled something about trying to get "another truck" for the same price. Of course, they couldn't, and went on their merry way. My experience with them wasn't pleasant, and I want anyone who is looking for a car to know what they are getting into when they deal with these people. More

My daughter's car which I purchased last year; fuel pump went out @ 38600 miles. The warranty ran out at 36000. It was going to cost me over $700.00 I called the dealership where I had originally brought the car. They gave me a price of what it would cost to repair the car. They didn't mention anything about trying to help me pricewise on the repair; since it was so close to the warranty ending mileage. When I called the Spartanburg Dealership, they were very courteous and friendly. They told me to bring the car in and they would see what they could do to help me with the bill since it was so close to the warranty ending mileage. After they diagnosed my vehicle, they contacted me with the results. It turned out to be the fuel pump. They said that they would repair the vehicle at no charge to me and they gave me a 12000 mile warranty on the pump. That is what I call satisfying the customer. I will never take my vehicle back to the dealership where I originally purchased it, and I would recommend Spartanburg Chrysler Dodge dealership to any customer who likes excellent quality service and a friendly environment. More

I took it in today to get a cleaning (one of the perks of this extra fee) well I picked it up and I'm not sure what they did other than scratch my brand new car up! I have two scratches that are on my doors that they will be fixing! I couldn't believe they couldn't fix it on the spot! They had my car for 4 hours! The management said it'll be fixed, but now that means I have to go back and trust that company to clean the stuff they missed the first time, plus fix my scratches! If you know about car buying this place is great, but if your a first timer, I reccomend taking an experienced person with you. Eddie worked with us and we were able to buy brand new and get everything we wanted! Highly reccomend him!! More

My salesman, Brad offered to pick me up and give me a ride to the dealership in his personal vehicle and I really appreciated that! Long story short, they had the vehicle I wanted, and it was even better than the pics I saw online. The process went smooth and I was on the way back home in my new fully loaded vehicle in under 2 1/2 hours! Thanks for great customer service and a quality vehicle. Well done Brad. More
Terrible People. My husband and I came in the week before christmas of 2013. We were initially going to purchase a used vehicle but we were persuaded into buying a brand new dodge dart 2013. Or so it seemed. Considering the top dash over the steering wheel became unattached in the first week as well as the fact that it had 70 miles on it. I would rate their friendliness a 3 star because of how conniving they were. Claiming to be "military family oriented," they took advantage of our ignorance in the car buying field and the fact that we had just joined the army. They charged us a 22 percent interest rate! We pay 456 dollars a month for 6 years! If you calculate that it rounds out to a little over 30,000 dollars. The dodge dart was to be sold to us for somewhere around 20,000. We signed so many papers, again our ignorance to these scam artists to blame, that were not explained to us. Needless to say next time I buy I brand new vehicle my lawyer will be in attendance. Tell me how we will end up paying 30000 bucks for a 20,000 dollar car? That's outrageous and thats way over the interest rate we were given. They completely screwed us over and if it werent for the credit crash it would cause we would return it. I would never ever suggest to anyone this car dealership. They might come off like they genuinely care about you and your family but they do not and they will take advantage of the military lifestyle in a heartbeat. Shame on you and I truly feel for the others who are put in my situation. Have a good day. More
My young 22 year old son took his car in , he had a valve cover leak, the car would shut off while driving, after fixing the valve cover leak, they then told him he needed a new engine, they could have said cover leak, the car would shut off while driving, after fixing the valve cover leak, they then told him he needed a new engine, they could have said that before doing the work which would have saved us about three hundred dollars, well after we put in the new engine, the shut down problem come back, after paying them $250 to fix it, diagnosed it, when we take it back they say because it's another engine, they have to charge for another diagnosis , then they say it's a bad wire near the muffler, they don't fix that type of problem , that will be $ 109.35 and good day. I will never go back to them and no one should. More
