Overall a good experience. Could improve in two areas. Visited Sparks Toyota Myrtle Beach last Monday. Closed on 2021 Toyota Venza XLE on Friday. Sparks first offers for the Sale and for the Trade-in allowance were countered with hard copy KBB 'Fair Offer and on 2021 Toyota Venza XLE on Friday. Sparks first offers for the Sale and for the Trade-in allowance were countered with hard copy KBB 'Fair Offer and 'Fair Trade Values'. That is all I asked. Since Sparks uses KBB to appraise my trade, I asked them to use both a better grade of trade and the KBB 'Fair offer' for the sales price of the Venza. My salesperson, Kendra Whatley was extremely open to that process and returned with an offer to buy and an offer to trade at the KBB 'Fair sales' and fair trade allowance figures I requested. Could I have negotiated more? Maybe. but I recognize Sparks' need to make a profit - and they evidence an appreciation that I did my home-work going in and I was not insistent on getting the absolute most for my trade nor the absolute lowest price for the Venza. Sure would help if every dealership acted accordingly. Kendra Whately was mature and experienced beyond her years and her ability to recognize she had a buyer and not just a haggler facilitated the deal. I am more than satisfied with Sparks and would recommend everyone going to this dealership to ask for Kendra. She will do her best for you, if you treat her, Sparks and the process with respect and consideration. John K Southport, NC More
This was my first visit ever with Sparks and I must say that I was most impressed with the friendly staff and their expertise. First time to dealership, have to admit the reviews I read on line for previous 1.5 yrs were not that good for service. May only complaint was the price to diagnosis my hatch lift, which she quotedwd b $150, no matter if it took 5 mins or 5 hours. I passed on that, but the gate worked inside the repair bay while we were talking about it. It’s still messed. More

They got me in on time and were very good and in depth on the inspection and oil change. The cleaning and ech boost, wow. My truck looked brand new with 186000 miles on it. Great job guys and gals.
