First time to dealership, have to admit the reviews I read on line for previous 1.5 yrs were not that good for service. May only complaint was the price to diagnosis my hatch lift, which she quotedwd b $150, no matter if it took 5 mins or 5 hours. I passed on that, but the gate worked inside the repair bay while we were talking about it. It’s still messed. More

I made an appointment for my 10,000 mile checkup and I arrived a little early, the service dept people took me right away and we didn’t even have to wait for appointment time.
