The salesman, Bryan Holmes, was very helpful, knowledgeable, and courteous showing me the different Toyota trucks. I was leaning toward the Tacoma and he showed me the models. Came in for routine oil change and tires rotated. Service came back with 4 things more needed attention. I was just there in march for oil change and these new items weren’t mentioned at all. March t Service came back with 4 things more needed attention. I was just there in march for oil change and these new items weren’t mentioned at all. March the extra was a timing belt. Really, I don’t think these just pop up every time I come in. More important this multi point inspection says NC and supposedly service checked my battery and this morning my battery is dead‼️‼️‼️ Seems to me maybe this should have been addressed or maybe they unhooked something too long and now I’m stuck to find another option. VERY disappointed AND UPSET Claudia Bagby More

Sparks Toyota was great starting with Jeff Laviolette and David Bowering and ending with David Harper. All three guys were very nice and professional they made it very easy to buy a new car.
