I've waited 3 days for the app to update the status. I assume they really did the work (paperwork says they did), and hopefully I won't have to go back in for them to clear the alert. More
I arrived at the dealership and was immediately greeted by a service representative. I explained what was going on. Had appointment oil change , tire rotation, replace damper bush in tailgate. 3 hours later told bush was not in stock. I was told service was w running behind by 2 hrs. Drive 1 hour to dealership . So damper bush in tailgate. 3 hours later told bush was not in stock. I was told service was w running behind by 2 hrs. Drive 1 hour to dealership . So two hour drive 3 hour wait and no bushing. Totally unacceptable. I could of had oil change and rotation done 5 minutes from my house. So I am sorry but not satisfied with your dealership. This was not the service advisors fault. More
Last Monday I called Sparks, I made a direct call to Steve Emmons. I have bought a total 7 new Toyota’s from and through Steve. Steve said it was his first day of his vacation, I told him I would wait t Steve Emmons. I have bought a total 7 new Toyota’s from and through Steve. Steve said it was his first day of his vacation, I told him I would wait till he gets back to work. He said to go the dealer and speak to Dave Bowering. He called Dave and asked him to take of my wife and I. Dave did a wonderful service to us. We left with a new Rav 4, XSE hybrid. I thanked Mr. Patrick Sparks for another new Toyota, advised him how helpful Dave was to us and expressed our dismay to learn that Steve Emmons is no longer employed there, but we have a new contact in place with Dave Bowering in place to care for us and to be sure our next Toyota.
