Was rather upset when my bill was given to me. A $35.00 disposal fee was added but was not part of the original quote. It is evidently their policy not to add these fees to the quote. Went to Sparks to purchase a new Tacoma. Salesman sitting outside didn’t even get up. I noticed that Sparks was also one of the dealers who gouged buyers by charging way over the MSRP.
