On a Saturday evening with only 6 working days remaining in the 2024 Christmas/New Year's holidays I found oil on the concreate of my driveway. knowing that I was leaving for an out-of-state road trip on 2 in the 2024 Christmas/New Year's holidays I found oil on the concreate of my driveway. knowing that I was leaving for an out-of-state road trip on 2 Jan 25. I took my 1998 Sienna to Sparks Toyota and parked it in the Blue Bird lane for my service advisor Micah Bero. On Monday with NO scheduled appointment, Micah called to say that he was able to fit my van in, provided me with the diagnosis and cost of the repairs. All of the repair parts were ordered, however, not all of them did not arrive at the same time which took additional time (days) for the mechanic (Sean Turner) to complete the repair. Jon Crumb (Service Advisor) called to say that the last of the parts arrived (Dec 30) and that Sean was able to complete the repairs/test drive and released the van and that it was ready for pick-up. I drove away Dec 31 and proceed on my trip Jan 2 as planned due to the professionalism & dedication to customer service of the Sparks Service Department. I would also like to give a special "shout-Out" to Mr. Ernest Hayes (service manager) What a "GREAT TEAM" you have in Micha, Sean and Jon. More
I always get first class service when I go to Sparks Toyota. This is my second Lexus and Sparks has always serviced them. The staff is courteous from the time you drive in to the bay until you leave. Good service experience. .. easy drop off and pickup, completed quickly, and friendly staff, My only gripe (and therefore a 3/average rating) is that my car is still alerting .. easy drop off and pickup, completed quickly, and friendly staff, My only gripe (and therefore a 3/average rating) is that my car is still alerting that it has an active safety recall so now I have to spend time following up. I've waited 3 days for the app to update the status. I assume they really did the work (paperwork says they did), and hopefully I won't have to go back in for them to clear the alert. More
