The personal service I received from both Robert Kinsey, a former Army Vet, and Patrick Sparks, himself, to be refreshing, informative, and respectful...they deserve an A+ from this former high school teacher. I was able to get all the bells and whistles I wanted in the LIMITED version of this RAV. Best value...two years free maintenance from Toyota Corp. and one year free from Sparks Toyota...that's three years...what a deal :) More

Phenomenal customer service After 5 months of agonizing what kind of car to purchase, I finally decided on a 2015 Rav4. I dreaded the whole car buying experience but fortunately After 5 months of agonizing what kind of car to purchase, I finally decided on a 2015 Rav4. I dreaded the whole car buying experience but fortunately I was greeted by Phil Edwards as my sales consultant. Phil was very professional and patient throughout this experience. I was also impressed by his attention to details. After driving a minivan for the last 18 years, I was used to sitting up high and did not want to feel like I was sitting on the ground. Each time I entered a vehicle to test drive, Phil remembered that tiny detail and positioned the seat as high as it would go. Kudos also goes to Troy Leonard who allowed me the opportunity to take several vehicles for more than just a few hours. This allowed me the opportunity to get a real feel for how the car would work for me and my family (I was able to rule out the Avalon after a Costco run). In the end, Sparks Toyota beat other dealerships and even AAA prices and offered us a price we couldn't pass up on. I even ended up with a few options I did not want but am throughly enjoying. I hope this exceptional customer service continues in the service department. More

From the time I reached out to the dealership to the time I had reached a deal with them took less than 24 hours (and less than four business hours). I had the opportunity to work with Todd Blackwell, a transplanted New Jerseyan like myself, who was an absolute pleasure to work with. Everything had been worked out in advance of my arrival so, when we arrived on Friday evening around 5:30, the car was prepped and ready to go. We were in and out in about an hour and on our way home with a great car at a great price. I highly recommend working with the folks at Sparks Toyota if you are in the market for a good pre-owned car. They have a good selection of late model, high-quality cars to choose from. They understand that, as consumers, we have access to a ton of information so they do not mess around with you on price. Got the truck "I" wanted and needed. I had been to several dealership to trade in my 2010 Dodge Dakota Bighorn truck on a truck that would be similar in size as I did not want or need any I had been to several dealership to trade in my 2010 Dodge Dakota Bighorn truck on a truck that would be similar in size as I did not want or need anything bigger after no luck a friend told me about the Tacoma's I went online checked out Sparks printed out a few trucks I was interested in I showed up at the dealer with money, papers, and my truck ready to make the deal. My sales guy John L. greeted me at the door and within in an hour the deal was done. My only complaint would be when my husband got there I became extent to them and even in the thank you e-mails to MY email address they address him only. We both signed the paperwork it was MY Dakota I traded in, guess they prefer doing business with men only. Overall it was a good deal I got what I needed. More
