Got the truck "I" wanted and needed. I had been to several dealership to trade in my 2010 Dodge Dakota Bighorn truck on a truck that would be similar in size as I did not want or need any I had been to several dealership to trade in my 2010 Dodge Dakota Bighorn truck on a truck that would be similar in size as I did not want or need anything bigger after no luck a friend told me about the Tacoma's I went online checked out Sparks printed out a few trucks I was interested in I showed up at the dealer with money, papers, and my truck ready to make the deal. My sales guy John L. greeted me at the door and within in an hour the deal was done. My only complaint would be when my husband got there I became extent to them and even in the thank you e-mails to MY email address they address him only. We both signed the paperwork it was MY Dakota I traded in, guess they prefer doing business with men only. Overall it was a good deal I got what I needed. More

It's about time! I bought a few vehicles from Sparks a long time ago and I don't feel they have been competitive with the Charleston or Wilmington markets until now. They over allowed on my trade ($15500 according to CarMax offers which are usually higher than dealers) So I felt from the get go I would get a favorable deal and I did. Trouble is I decided since I didn't feel quite right about the 14 to turn around and trade it on a new 15. I did the math and though $5000 would do it. To my surprise it was $4000 more to go to a new 2015 plus$500 in accessories I wanted. So again Sparks came to the table and William Jordan, the most mild mannered Sales manager you will meet made both deals happen seamlessly. Especially for someone trading in a day. I probably would have save a few dollars had I purchased the `15 to begin with but that's on me. Still I felt with the cash outlay and the trade, I STILL came under Sparks asking price. SERVICE has always been great. Nearly as good as Infiniti and Lexus as far as facilities go and the way I was treated. Now I never had a warranty issue so I cannot speak to that. But for everyday service I would rather take it top Sparks that mess around in my own garage with oil changes,, SO this time my experience was excellent and I was finally able to buy a car closer than 100 miles away and get treated fairly. More

Professional and good vehicles I drove around town looking for a new truck. Didn't talk to anyone, as I didn't see what I wanted. At Sparks I saw what I wanted, a small pickup. Christopher, my salesman, seemed much more interested in finding the truck I wanted, rather than talking me into a truck I didn't want. Indeed, we must have quickly gone through 10 trucks before we found my truck. Importantly, Chris never once tried to "explain" why I SHOULD like a truck I had already rejected. Moreover, he tried to find out what I wanted, and then match me with the right vehicle. When we found my truck, we both realized it at the same time. AND talk about professional, check out the paperwork processing! In a half-hour I was processed; trade in; payments; tax; insurance; licence; truck cleaned; and I pulled out on to US 501. To me the details of trading cars is scary, but these guys have it down to a painfree science. More
