It's never a quick process to select a car, come to an agreement on price, and then complete the financial transaction, but our experience with Chip, his managers, and Jay Garner in finance was as good an experience as could be had....meaning they were immediately responsive, business-like, and efficient in getting us out the door with our purchase. It was a positive experience that makes us want to trade with Sparks again in the future. More

We figured end of year model prices and visited our local dealership--Could not make any deal work. My wife suggested we call SPARKS Toyota, we had purchased a 2000 Camry from them back in 1999. We spoke with salesman Todd Blackwell, he obtained the exact 2015 Camry Hybrid we wanted from another dealer--And we did it all on the phone. They gave us a good price on the new Camry, and top price on our trade-in. And they delivered it 70 miles to our home. If a Toyota or Scion is in your future--You cannot purchase from a better dealership than SPARKS. Lou & Geri More

However, cannot say the same about the FM Mr. Lang.......our total amount financed on our purchase agreement DID NOT match our contract agreement....it was off by almost 3000.00....YES 3000.00!! Numbers didn't add up Ended up paying about 500 dollars over actual cost of vehicle, either because he couldn't add or worse he was being sneaky and dishonest when he told Ended up paying about 500 dollars over actual cost of vehicle, either because he couldn't add or worse he was being sneaky and dishonest when he told me the agreed upon price was the correct total of the add ons minus the incentives and trade in. I guess its up to me to verify but I thought I had a relationship with this salesman (3 previous purchases) but maybe I was taken on those as well. When I did point this out, he gets an attitude with me. Never again! Also, other staff and upper mgmt of the place aren't very friendly if they aren't dealing with you directly. You would think the "dealer" would walk around and thank customers etc but maybe not...? Overall, always happy with my toyota vehicles but another dealership in town would definitely be welcomed and maybe force customer service to the forefront of Sparks. We won't even get started on the service dept. Brian rocks and is real knowlegdeable, and Cory is good but some of the others....you guys really need to get them some customer service training, and manners. Sometimes I'm in there and I swear they must be working for free because they look and act like they don't want to be there or be bothered by a customer which is the reason they have a job... my 2 cents. More
