Purchase of 2017 Highlander We just took delivery of our new Toyota Highlander from Sparks Toyota. The buying experience at this dealership was excellent. Although they didn't have the vehicle we wanted, they got the vehicle we wanted in about four days. Our salesman, Terry Marcum, was a pleasure to work with. He listened to what we wanted and didn't try to sell us something we didn't want. He keep us informed on the progress and notified us when the Highlander arrived. He explained all the new technology the Highlander had to offer and set up our cell phone while we were there. I would recommend anyone looking to purchase a vehicle at Sparks Toyota to look Terry up. It was also a pleasure working with Jay Garner, Business Manager. He actually drove the car to a AAA certified garage for an independent inspection of the vehicle which really helped to address our concerns about how the car would perform after driving it off the lot. Certain concerns about future service were addressed by agreeing to perform certain specified repairs at cost for the next six months. More
