No question I was in shock, but as usual the staff at Sparks make me feel right at home. It took some work to find the same truck a was trading but one was found, they went the next day to pick it up, and then the salesman ( Robert Ward) went above the call and deliverd a shining new 2017 Blaze Blue Tocama the very next day to my door. I am very pleased with the service and sales. Thanks so much! More

Service department First time I came to this dealership I was bringing my truck in for the 20,000 mile service. The service tech comes out and tells me that there is co First time I came to this dealership I was bringing my truck in for the 20,000 mile service. The service tech comes out and tells me that there is corrosion on my battery terminals. They tell me that's not covered under the warranty. So I ask him if the battery goes out it's under service or at the terminal goes bad it's under service He says yes. So why would you not clean the terminals. The second time I came to this dealership I was due for my 25000 mile service. I called to schedule appointment and they wouldn't have nothing for seven days. When I finally got my truck in on my scheduled time for service it took them and 2 hours to give my truck and oil change I would never buy a vehicle here because you won't be able to get your car serviced right. You only buy your car for one day but you will be servicing your car for the rest of its life. More

This is my first new car purchase in 15 years and sadly, the process hasn't improved much. Before price agreement is about the same. Price agreement is still edgy and need not be. Post price agreement is still burdened by nonsense documentation requirements and pushing additional "coverages" on already tired customers. David did a fine job and the two colleagues of his we met were polite an informative. Consumer Reports rating the Highlander so high didn't hurt. More
