The salesman, Michael Holmes, was very patient with my wife and I and took time to show the different cars in the H We had a very positive experience. He is an excellent salesman and went above and beyond to explain all parts of the sale and make sure we understood all the options that came with the Highlander. Also, Jay Garner, the business manager, was very pleasant and enjoyable to work with on the finance part of the sale. The only downside I encountered was all the different "extras," offered such as tire care packages, extended warranties, etc... at closing that drives up the cost for financing when you get ready to close, but a common ploy used by 99% of all dealers...I would definitely buy a car here again. More

The car is the RAV4 Platinum that has all of the latest safety features using 4 or 5 cameras and radar to help prevent a collision. I wanted this vehicle because I'm 76 years old and feel it would be nice to have the extra help while driving. Todd easily showed and explained every feature on the car plus suggested settings that were most appropriate to me. He also strongly urged me to come back to him in two weeks with written questions so he could further explain anything I may not fully understand. Todd is not just a salesman, but a mentor as well. I knew specifically what I wanted on the car and what I did not want ( which dealers will try to add on). The internet salesman was polite and responsive. I got a lower price quote from another dealer and Sparks was willing to essentially match it. Since they are closer to were I live than the other dealer I chose them. More
