They normally are quite good at service. However, my tire and rim apparently stumped them. The first time I came in a couple months ago, they said it was low for no discernible reason. The second time, they told me my tire needed to be repaired, which I had them do. This time they say I need a $500+ dollar wheel that is online for $ 330. Apparently, I can get a wheel from Toyota for the 330 but if it's shipped to the dealer, it's 500+. Despite the trouble, lost gas mileage, etc., they still want me to come back a 4th time to maybe get it resolved. I am not very happy. More
