Great Transaction and we hate shopping for cars! Started the process just by browsing their website. It was very organized and very easy to use. Once we found a car that we were interested in (2008 Mercedes CLK 550), we gave a call to the dealership and talked to Dean. He was very professional and sent us additional pictures of the car via text. No pressure, and very informative. From there we went to physically see the car and it was everything that the website and Dean had said. The whole process was easy, no pressure and very personal. Audi Purchase I just purchased my first car from Spanos. Cathy Courtney was able to get everything started for me and I finished things up with Craig and Jeff. Initially I setup financing with Bank of America but was informed they wouldn't approve as Spanos was an Independent Dealer, that's after doing business with them for over 15 years. Thanks to the quick thinking of Craig, he was able to secure my financing through Space Coast CU and Jeff finalized all the paperwork with me on the day I picked up my car. Unhappy Customer I Purchased 2013 BMW 535i in March 2019, there were some repairs that needed done. Brought back to dealership no problem, however I had to sign my sal I Purchased 2013 BMW 535i in March 2019, there were some repairs that needed done. Brought back to dealership no problem, however I had to sign my sales paperwork 4 different times (I live 2 hours away) They couldn't get my address correct which is on my license. The sunscreen bunched up on the panoramic sunroof, along with some other minor repairs which they fixed which took them almost 3 weeks. Come September the same thing happened I call and bring the car back up there 9/28/19 and did not get the car back till 11/8/19 over this 5 week period the only thing done to my car was oil change which I requested, the airbag replaced in the suspension, rotors cut which I didn't approve, and still the sunscreen is not fixed. I was told that Spanos does not warranty their own work and they would fix if I paid half. I told them the false promises from the beginning and what I had to pay due to the Maintenance Manager at that time not doing his job or keeping his word (he was no longer there ironically). So after 47 calls over the 5 week period to Spanos Motors wanting to talk to Lisa the General Manager, Vic one of the owners, or anyone with authority to get my BMW fixed to no avail that did not happen. I did talk to Lisa in the beginning which everything was fine we were working together trying to find a resolution. When I pointed out the work was not done correctly in the beginning and the sunscreen was not replaced like I was told it was, I was then told "I don't know what they did we got new computer system there isn't any way to see what was done". I was wanting to discuss the solution I came up with that would make both parties happy however, everyone I spoke with at Spanos motors could not make the executive decision to help me. Per Lisa she was wanting me to pay for half of the repairs, That offer is now off the table in my eyes, I want my BMW sunscreen completely replaced the way it was supposed to have been in March not just the clips on a torn sunscreen which what was done. Spanos even went to my extended service plan which does cover the repair but since it was repaired once "incorrectly" they will not cover any repairs to it. I do not like complaining I have been very calm through this whole process and I do not like going to this extent but I want to be able to use my sunroof and have a vehicle with working parts. I have sent a copy of this complaint to BMW even though they are used cars they need to know who is representing them. More

Today I purchased my second vehicle and the Quality of their Vehicles ,customer service, and the experience. was amazing. I was pleased with my car, so I had to make sure I purchased my truck from them as well. My salesman Dean Shaw and finanace mgr Jeff Wensyel once again mad the process smooth, and very fast. the cars are always in excellent shape ,and detailed excellent as well. shot out to the detail guys for their hard work as well. if you are looking for a car or truck ,you cant go wrong with Spanos once again thanks guys for taking care of me.
