Outstanding experience with Spanos Motors! First off, tremendous inventory, everything they have is first class and extremely well taken care of vehicles that they offer, who ever does their auction buyi tremendous inventory, everything they have is first class and extremely well taken care of vehicles that they offer, who ever does their auction buying and individual car buying has a great eye. Second, can't say enough about my sales team of Angel and Miguel. They both treated me professionally, respectfully and never once tried high pressure BS tactics that some other dealers will pull on potential buyers. I personally do not like to be "sold to"..I know what I want when I go to a dealer and I'm not interested in haggling or looking at stuff I don't want. Angel and Miguel were just awesome. They know how to talk to people, they both were informed, pleasant to deal with, followed thru with each and every thing they promised and frankly the most impressive thing was them getting me in and out of the dealership in less than an hour including finance. No pressure, no awkward conversations, Angel and Miguel speak to you like a friend and not once did I feel like they were BS'ing about anything. I like copies of stuff, and whenever I asked them for a copy of this or a copy of that, no hesitation, they did it and provided. Jeff in finance was excellent as well - typically this is where dealers hard sell people into crazy extras like expensive ext warranty, service agreements and other stuff (not saying people don't need these sometimes but I prefer not to buy the extras). Jeff did his job well, he offered those items to me with clear explanation of each item, but upon my decline he accepted that and we moved on without him trying to put the fear of God in you like other dealers can do. I have personally walked away from car purchases in the past at the table when this happens elsewhere but that won't happen to you at Spanos Motors, I am absolutely blown away by the customer service experience delivered to me by Angel, Miguel and Jeff.
