Always very rude when we spoke and then it became the trouble of no returned call. I finally got through one day and spoke to Lisa! She is absolutely amazing always returned my calls, did the best she could helping me through the process of my vehicle being worked on. I finally was able to get an appointment and upon bringing my car in both Steve and Lisa were there. I was of course being helped my Lisa when out of no where Steve was very rude to her. We finished up and my car was pushed through. If it were not for Lisa's professionalism and kindness I would have taken my business elsewhere. More

He was extremely knowledgeable on the vehicles and very keen on picking up what my needs and wants were. He was not pushy and did not try to just "sell" me a car. He went well above and beyond the standards to make sure I got what i wanted and was happy with it. From the moment I walked in the door, the rest of the staff was all very professional and very friendly. *Since my purchase, i did have a check engine light go on. Something you cannot foresee, but all it took was one call to Dean and they scheduled me to come in to the service dept to take care of it with no hassle.
