I am so sorry for the issues that you have had with Joe returning your phone calls and the delay in the reimbursement on the warranty. He has since been fired for similar issues and we are working to correct these issues all around. However, we are not intentionally "crooks" as you mention..... There was inadequate communication from Joe. However, our sales manager along with several others in the office have spoken to you, and a check was cut for the reimbursement and sent to you. Considering the fact that we are at the mercy of the Warranty company releasing the funds back to us, we did what we could to alleviate the issue and make things right. Please consider contacting me directly if you have further issues/concerns as we always strive to maintain 100% customer satisfaction. I apologize on behalf of the entire staff for the lack of communication, and the amount of time it has taken for someone to get this taken care of. In an effort to ensure that you are completely satisfied with the service you received here, we have taken care of the windshield issue and are going to do the tinting ourselves at no charge. I have made sure that the radio and body work along with windshield were taken care of as promised by your sales rep. I have also authorized the tinting of the windshield at no cost.
