After contacting Greg by phone, I informed him that I needed to find a car quickly, despite my limited budget and credit history. He assured me that they would be find something that would work well for me, and he was absolutely right! Their inventory is excellent, beautiful well maintained cars, with low mileage. As a consumer, it's plain to see that they're very selective and each one of their cars is thoroughly inspected. Not once did I feel crowded or pressured by any of their staff. The customer service, knowledge, and honest approach made for an impeccable experience. I will certainly return to their dealership when it's time for another car, and highly recommend them to friends and family as the first place to shop. Honestly, an outstanding dealership with an outstanding staff. More

He made sure everything was in working order, and he went out of his way to obtain the car manuals for my Jaguar Model and year. The service dept. was great. I needed what I thought was a minor repair. They took care of this, and another problem found in the process. I highly recommend this dealership, and their personnel. My son also has high praise for Steven Knox. More

He showed me everything on the car and was very honest on telling me about the car. Stephen made the entire sale to the delivery easy and now the next time I will want that same type of experience in buying my next car in the future, I purchased a used 2007 Saab 9-3 convertible and I love it, Stephen and Torrence Snow was very professional which made this awesome!!! Horrible to work with, never call back Never call back and are horrible to work with. We purchased a car from them and had troubles from day one (3 fuel pumps in 3 months, before they final Never call back and are horrible to work with. We purchased a car from them and had troubles from day one (3 fuel pumps in 3 months, before they finally had to give us another car bc the lemon they originally sold us kept breaking down. Thankfully we had the warranty so they had to keep paying to fix it). When we purchased we bought the Reliable Protection Plan. Well now we have sold the car and are to receive a reimbursement for the miles we didn't use. Called Spanos got the form from them to complete and sent it back with the requested paperwork and was told in 3 weeks we would have our reimbursement. Well its been 5 weeks and Reliable Protection says Spanos hasn't even submitted the paperwork!!! These people are crooks! We have been told 3 weeks, then we were told no 5 weeks because they only write checks once a month, and we missed it last month. Then today they tell us 8 weeks. Plus you call and it's always "someone will call you back in 30 mins". HA that's a joke. No one has ever actually returned a call from Spanos since. I always have to be the one to call them back. More
Worst Car Buying Experience Ever!!! Purchase a 2007 BMW 328i on July 18th was told it needed items done and they would take care of it and deliver the car to me between July 21-23. On J Purchase a 2007 BMW 328i on July 18th was told it needed items done and they would take care of it and deliver the car to me between July 21-23. On July 21, my car did not arrive, nor had I received a phone call regarding the status. I called on July 22 and was told the new radio head had arrived (mind you, when I bought the car on July 18, I was told the radio head was there already), was being installed and my vehicle was on schedule for delivery on July 23. On July 23, I called to check on the status of my vehicle and was told the radio head was not there and that they were at the mercy of BMW to get the radio head there an installed, but it should be done that day. I was told my vehicle would be delivered on July 25 in the morning. On July 25 I called and was told my vehicle did not pass inspection because of some major scratches on the front and back bumpers, but that they are going to take care of them and paint the bumpers so car will look brand new when I receive it. I was told then my car would be delivered on July 27. On July 27 I spoke with Spanos and was told my vehicle was on a truck for delivery. As July 27 went on and i received no call regarding delivery I called Spanos back and was told my vehicle was not on a truck to be delivered, but it would be picked up the next day and delivered to me. On July 28 I called to check the status and was told my vehicle was picked up and on its way to me. I got the carriers information to call to confirm and schedule delivery. The driver advised me he had my vehicle, but that he was soaked from the rain, therefore was not delivering my vehicle to me because he didn't want to get sick and that Spanos was only paying him $100. I spoke again to Spanos that this was unacceptable and advised that my vehicle needed to be there by 6:45 the morning of July 29, that I would refuse delivery of the car. The driver showed up at 6:45 with my vehicle and advised me that there was a $100 COD for delivery. I flipped out as I was told this was taken care of by Spanos. If I was going to be charged for the delivery, I would have driven to Daytona days ago and picked the vehicle up myself. The driver finally left the vehicle. I inspected it and noticed the radio head had not been replaced, my tire pressure light was on and there was a chip in my windshield. I contacted Spanos immediately and was told these items would be taken car of A.S.A.P. that the radio head was there and to schedule a service appointment. I spoke with Lisa in service and she advised the radio head was NOT there and that once it was received she would call me to schedule service. Today is now August 11 and I have not received any communication from anyone at Spanos to get these issued rectified. More
