Worst buying experience I've ever had. It would take far too long to type out all of the details regarding my buying experience. The bottom line is that my wife and I were both ignored on several occasions, I have never had to work so hard to get someone to take my money. We would call or text with a question and it would take hours or even days to get just one response. The only way to get Mr. Greer to respond at times was to try to deal with another sales person. Towards to the end of the final deal we made, we were told by Mr. Greer that we were basically wrong in all the things we have said and we were the reason that it took weeks to complete our deal as he took zero responsibility for ignoring us on several occasions. Friday August 14th I sent him a text message checking on parts I was promised for my purchased vehicle, (Of which I was not even told would be needed for the vehicle ahead of time). Three days later on August 17th, he had not responded, I sent him another text and he finally responded asking when would I like to schedule an appointment. I told him "Probably next Sunday. Are all the parts in?" Even to this very moment I have sent him four unanswered text messages dating back to Wednesday the 19th in regards to parts that I was promised, asking about the parts and asking if they could possibly be mailed to me AND I WILL PAY FOR THE SHIPPING, since it was obvious that he had completed his sale, he was done with us. It is now Tuesday August 25th and I have no response from him and I have cosmetic problems with my vehicle I am now going to have to pay for out of my own pocket even though I was promised and it was put it writing that I would receive them shortly. I planned on letting it all go with the mind set of what is done is done. But after being ignored regarding the parts, I could not let it go. This is not nearly half of my complaints regarding this person. I realize this is just one person and I am sure the dealership does not condone anything I just mentioned. However this one person is a direct reflection on the dealership I carefully chose to give my business to for the first and last time and it has been a terrible experience and I am extremely disappointed. More
What a Ride!! Spent a Saturday on the phone with Steve Knox. Steve was very knowledgeable on the BMW 335i convertible that we were looking for and took the time to Spent a Saturday on the phone with Steve Knox. Steve was very knowledgeable on the BMW 335i convertible that we were looking for and took the time to answer all my questions. My wife and I decided to make the 2 1/2 hour trip down on Sunday to be the first in line when they opened. Steve Knox wasn't working but had referred us to Steve Radican. Steve was great to work with! Very easy going, no pressure experience. What a beautiful car! The photos online did not do it justice. Only reason for 4 stars out of 5 is the fact that on the test drive a check engine light came on and we were unable to feel what the car would really be like to drive. Of course this was concerning to us thinking about purchasing a car with "a problem". Steve (also a BMW owner) apologized and told us that the car had not yet been fully serviced by their service department since they had only had it 3 days. He explained what the indicator meant, assured us that it was minor and would be completely fixed prior to us taking delivery. Speaking of delivery, Steve arranged for free delivery of our vehicle to our home since we lived so far away. While waiting for the paperwork to get processed, Steve was going over the car functions with me and showed me some easy maintenance things I can do myself and other recommendations to keep down the costs and avoid pitfalls some BMW owners make. While looking in the showroom, I found another BMW 335i and pointed it out to Steve who promptly took me on a test drive I'll never forget!!! Man what a car!! Torrance Snow was great to work with in Finance. We financed through USAA and it was easy. Torrance took the time to go over everything with us and did not just "push us out the door". Overall a great experience buying the car and can't wait for the delivery of it to start having fun. A special shout out to Rose the receptionist who is so pleasant to talk to. A Georgia peach in a Florida town. :-) More

Great Exprience I went to look at a used Mercedes a couple of days ago but at the time they didn't have the model I was looking for. I spoke to a salesman by the name of Stephan Radican and what a great guy. He was so knowledgeable about Mercedes and BMW as well. I can't wait to hear back from Stephan when the right car comes in. Best Car Experience Ever!!!! Pt.1/2 I got the oppurtunity to work with Ralph and he more than took care of me. Seeing as how i couldnt finance with the bank because I didnt have any cred I got the oppurtunity to work with Ralph and he more than took care of me. Seeing as how i couldnt finance with the bank because I didnt have any credit ralph worked with me and got me a great deal and heped me get approved. He was respectful and he didnt just care about selling a car he cared about me as a person. The vehicle still needs some work and touch ups but ralph has been busting his butt to make sure I get the car detailed and to meet my approval despite him being very busy. I sell cars at another dealership and I strive to be as succesful as ralph. He wasnt pushy or mean he was what all car salesman should try to present themselves as. It was a great experience and I cant wait to buy my next vehicle with him. More

Best Exprience Ever I walked into Spanos Motors to buy a vehicle myself for the first time. After finding the truck I wanted online I made the hour trip and it was the be I walked into Spanos Motors to buy a vehicle myself for the first time. After finding the truck I wanted online I made the hour trip and it was the best decision ever. When I entered the lot I was pleased with the selection and how I was treated by the saleman Charles. He allowed me to take my time inspecting the truck and never rushed me once. I was impressed Charles was only a salesman and not a manager the way he walked me through the car buying process was very professional. Great Experience I searched on line for a pre-owned vehicle. Spano's Motors had a nice selection, in my price range. We liked what we saw, bought our car the next day. Spanos agreed to do repairs on a BMW I recently purchased I purchased a 2007 BMW from Spanos Motors and during the test drive the rear shade broke and Spanos agreed to make the repairs. I scheduled a date and I purchased a 2007 BMW from Spanos Motors and during the test drive the rear shade broke and Spanos agreed to make the repairs. I scheduled a date and they fixed the shade. About a month or so later the shade would not go down. I called Spanos and spoke with Steve in Service and he told me to bring it back in and they immediately fixed the problem. Thanks Steve and Spanos Repair Service. I also want to say thanks to Sales for a beautiful car and a great experience. More
