Spanos Motors

So i bought a 73k BMW i8 from them in Oct of 2020. The service they provided was subpar. The car was quoted to ship at 500 and they called and said "we got you a great deal at "750". Then, when the car arrived i had to for a total of 11 hours before the engine light came on, the parking brake failed, and I had to have it towed out of my garage to the BMW dealership in my hometown. When I called Spanos no one returned my call until i got irate and then the service manager blamed it open the shipping company. The brake fluid light was on and had not been serviced since june 19..... he said " i never saw that" Awful customer service. The general manager Lisa refuses to call back and actually discuss the issues. She pawns everything off on the other staff and makes them call. She won't own up to the fact that they sold a 70k car that was not serviced correctly and was shipped with issues.....DO NOT BUY. PERIOD. Oh and the sales guy was mad and told me he only made $250 on the car and he was irritated about it.. More

Dean Shaw is absolutely the BEST!!! I just bought a Range Rover from Spanos with the help of Dean Shaw. This is the second time he has helped me buy a car.
