Very dissatisfied and disappointed with this place. We saw a vehicle that we liked on their website. I called and I asked if I could give a deposit to hold the vehicle for me because I was out of town. We saw a vehicle that we liked on their website. They sold the vehicle anyway to somebody else. More

I called to set an appointment and get pre approved for a car loan to purchase a car on their lot. The salesman told me his finance person would be calling me back with in the hour. Two days later I called t car loan to purchase a car on their lot. The salesman told me his finance person would be calling me back with in the hour. Two days later I called to speaker with Steve was told it was his day off was not passed on to the finance person, the man I was speaking to never asked my name or phone number. After listening to him tell me how wonderful this group was, all the while I could hear him eating I told him how unprofessional they were and how rude everyone was including him. I then looked this company up on BBB, currently they have 19 very negative comments. The comments only stay on the BBB site for two years, just imagine what that number would be if the complaints were permanent! No service before or after the sale. I bought a Mercedes elsewhere More

I purchased a 2013 Mercedes’ 59,000 miles from Spanos motors over a week ago and highly recommend this dealership and Manager Lisa, and closer Alan. Was apprehensive purchasing a car sight unseen. The pictures posted of the car were helpful and very accurate. Lisa was very responsive to all my questions and quickly replied to all my emails. The car sounded to good to be true so I chose to fly to Daytona Beach and see the car, and test drive it before purchasing it. The car was exactly as described. No surprises. No surprise price add-one and no pressure sale. I ended up driving the car home; over 700 miles. It drove great. Still no surprises. I waited a week to write this review to be sure everything on the car worked correctly and it does. I’ll buy from Spanos again without worrying. More
