We made the mistake of a lifetime buying a used Jetta for our college student. After spending way to much, we have never dealt with so many mechanical problems! After $4000 in repairs and still having problems we are trying to get rid of it by trading it in, however we have a loan. Nothing but a nightmare!! After speaking with the GM of Spanos, they offer no support and take no responsibility! They called me a "snob from New York" and won't return calls or emails. Do NOT buy a used vehicle here. They receive them as trade ins and just put them on the lot without ANY maintenance or inspection. Basically we were told too bad....so sad.... not there problem. We bought a total lemon from them! More

No high pressure tactics but plenty of patience and he went out of his way to make sure we went home with the car we wanted, and not the one he wanted to sell, and believe me there's a difference!. We are now looking to help our daughter trade in her car and will definitely get her to check out the cars here first. More
