Big dealership for what?? I never had a great dealership experience. Not even a good one. So I was skeptical. The people seemed nice in a cool way. This was the best experience I've had making a big purchase. The staff are actually really good. They worked with me to get what I wanted. And at Avery nice price. I'm blown away. If you go there.... Spanos: Why Used Car Dealerships Get a Bad name!! Spanos is the reason used car places get a bad name! Terrible customer service. Don't buy a car there!! Look at all the bad reviews online! I was Spanos is the reason used car places get a bad name! Terrible customer service. Don't buy a car there!! Look at all the bad reviews online! I was looking to buy a Nissan Frontier from them and was told it was available. I told them I wanted to come out asap so I could look at it, and possibly put a deposit on it. They said it was still being serviced and it would be a day or two before it was available to see. I called them a day later to come out and take a look and they said they had an employee who liked it and had first 'dibs' on it. Most reputable companies put the customer first, but here, the employees come first. They said his financing may not go through and even though I was a customer and cash buyer, they would sell to him first. I still went out to see it, liked it, and put a $200 deposit on it, so that if the employee's financing didn't go through, the car would go to me. Later that day the salesman, Donnie, said the car was mine if I wanted it, I assumed the employee's financing didn't go through. I went ahead and sold my truck since I was assured the Nissan was mine, and I needed the money from the sale of my truck to complete the cash transaction. A day later, I texted Donnie to find out if the truck was ready and the final price, and he said that the employee was now looking at alternative financing and that he still might buy it!! I told Donnie that this was very unprofessional and that I was told the truck was mine, and that I already sold my truck!. He checked with his GM, and they agreed to return my deposit, it appears they were dead set on selling the truck to this employee. I now need to rent a car until I find another one. Terrible experience, unprofessional and the type of service you would expect from a nasty roadside used car dealership! Don't buy there, you will have problems!!! Hopefully I get my deposit back! More

They took my motorcycle trade with no issues and that is a great selling point for Spanos, as most dealers don't accept bike trades. The truck has been running fine and would by from Spanos again! My Ural experience!!! Chris Chamis the manager at Spanos cycles in Daytona Beach Florida very helpful very knowledgeable and since we're both midwesterners we got along g Chris Chamis the manager at Spanos cycles in Daytona Beach Florida very helpful very knowledgeable and since we're both midwesterners we got along great . One of the best features was the questions so that I got the right motorcycle. Chris and I agreed the Ural would look great parked in the middle of the stream with a fly fishing rod. The compatibility of the Ural with my family is very important. The sidecar for my daughter and my wife will sit behind me I hope. We're trailering the motorcycle behind a motorhome doing an exploratory trip up the East Coast to Maine. With a lot of friends out west, possibly a trip to the factory? The day of the purchase was very exciting Shane the mechanic inspected and readied the Ural for me. Also mention like everyone else did at Spanos's, don't hesitate to call which understandably made me very comfortable. Kelly in the office was very helpful and I think we are both as excited about my motorcycle equally . Again Chris was very informative and very helpful salesman his associate Mike at the cycle shop at 921 international Speedway in Daytona was likable and as well very helpful. I frequent Crescent Beach south of Saint Augustine. I look forward to stopping in and seeing Chris and Mike and putting my Ural Into 2 wheel drive when I get in the sugar sand.
