I worked there one week and did a half deal on my first day and sold another on my own on my third day. Got hit with Covid and had to stay out for 5 days. as to not spread Covid in the workplace and Lisa t day and sold another on my own on my third day. If this is how they treat their employees, Beware! Not a place to work or buy from! Their commission sucks also. I only made $400 for a deal and a half Both cars sales totaled over $100K. No wonder they have such high turnover! I guess she would rather I come to work sick and contagious and spread it to all the customers and fellow employees. The dr said to Quarantine with Covid. for 10 days. I let her know that I would be back on Monday. The first test drive that I took a customer on, I was so embarrassed. They were test driving a $52K Porsche Cayenne and the alarm kept going off signaling something was wrong. The dashboard lights were going off. Porsche lets you know if something is wrong on your vehicle. The dashboard was even stapled in. I can’t believe that they let that slip by on inspection . They don’t care. Luckily I still sold the car with promise that they would fix it. STEER CLEAR OF THIS PLACE!!! More

It was well worth it to make the 2hour drive from Gainesville to Spanos. I found a car that I liked online and decided to visit. Not being a big name dealer worried me some. We just bought a beautiful BMW--one owner with low mileage. Drove it home to Orlando last night and could not stop talking about how great the experience was. At first, Spanos and their staff seemed to be very prepared to help us. But once they sold us the car, they wanted NOTHING more to do with us. All their talk about their used car lot being SO much bet prepared to help us. But once they sold us the car, they wanted NOTHING more to do with us. I bought a BMW convertible from them, and 850 miles later the whole DME and all SIX cylinders needed to be replaced!!!! $3800!!!!!!! Do NOT buy from these con artists - but if you do, Definitely have a mechanic thoroughly check out the ENTIRE car. Do not believe a word that Steve says! More

I called to set an appointment and get pre approved for a car loan to purchase a car on their lot. The salesman told me his finance person would be calling me back with in the hour. Two days later I called t car loan to purchase a car on their lot. The salesman told me his finance person would be calling me back with in the hour. Two days later I called to speaker with Steve was told it was his day off was not passed on to the finance person, the man I was speaking to never asked my name or phone number. After listening to him tell me how wonderful this group was, all the while I could hear him eating I told him how unprofessional they were and how rude everyone was including him. I then looked this company up on BBB, currently they have 19 very negative comments. The comments only stay on the BBB site for two years, just imagine what that number would be if the complaints were permanent! No service before or after the sale. I bought a Mercedes elsewhere More
