Sold me a lemon. Mercedes-Benz C-Class 300 4MATIC Got it at Spanos Motors in Daytona Beach... they sell nothing but lemons. Don't buy from them share this. Car had pro Mercedes-Benz C-Class 300 4MATIC Got it at Spanos Motors in Daytona Beach... they sell nothing but lemons. Don't buy from them share this. Car had problems when i first bought it they worked on it 4 times I got the car back with damage done to it scratches dents lug nut replaced with the wrong one. Purposely did some damage to the interior. And they never fix the problem. $2,400 warranty worthless. Now I have a car I wish I never had bought at Spanos Motors.  My 86 years old parents bought a Cadillac from their lot and they're having problems. Stylish cars with hidden problems. Don't be fooled by this dealership the manager Greg didn't do a dam thing to make me a happy customer. There services are 2 thumbs down. More

Pleasantly Surprised Purchasing my last 2 vehicles from private parties and not having purchased a vehicle from a dealer in almost 20 years I was reluctant about the idea Purchasing my last 2 vehicles from private parties and not having purchased a vehicle from a dealer in almost 20 years I was reluctant about the idea of even looking for vehicle anywhere other than a private party. But I kept my options open and after many months of research and doing cost analysis and comparisons I found several vehicles that fit my criteria advertised at Spanos. Their hours of operation enabled me to visit when it was confident for me. They allowed me to review the vehicles I was interested without pushing me towards something else. Once I down selected based on test drives they took my comments into consideration. I was able to have a third party evaluate the vehicle and Spanos was very accommodating even took the vehicle to the mechanic and picked it up. When it was time to finalize the deal I was able look the vehicle over to verify they made all accomaditions negotiated. Most importantly they did. I was able bring my own lender and they helped with the process of completing the transaction seamlessly. I appreciate the professionalism and integrity displayed by the Spanos team, especially ours salesman Billy who allowed me the time to make my decisions based on my timeline. I was able drive away satisfied that I was able to get a vehicle of my choice at a price that was fair. For me, a pleasantly surprising car buying experience!! More

Run Away as fast as you can!!!!! To anyone who potentially wants to buy from them run!!! I know there products seem good and they have higher end used cars but it’s not worth it!!! I have been battling there horrible staff every turn! I bought my car from them over 6 months ago and am still having issues. When I bought the car they sold it to me with tax, tag, title included like anyone buying a car should do. 7 months later after they continually sent in the wrong paperwork I got my tag which I had to pay for on my own!!!! Then on top of it the DMV said they overcharged me on taxes by $1,000 dollars!!!! And then they are refusing to give it back when I ha e a certified letter from the DMV to them saying they need to give me my money back!!!!! No one should even consider this car place!!! Please if you have any self respect and desire not to be taken advantage of do not use this dealer!!!! Plus when there is an issue all of a sudden no one wants to talk to you so it’s pulling teeth to get any help!! Run, Run Run away!!!!!! More
