Poor service As a family recommendation and return customer, I am disappointed in the service and poor communication that I have received from this company. I was excited at first in driving such a nice vehicle which had a few minor issues and paid the asking price. I soon was let down by the service department which did not resolve all of the minor issues and noticed the poor quality of workmanship when I picked up the vehicle for a minor repair. If you decide you want to purchase a vehicle of this type, I suggest you either be sure to get all the repairs completed before you sign or go down to Ft. Myers and buy a car from the dealer down there who will treat you fairly. More

From the moment that I was contacted by Tommy Truong I realized that things were going to be different in a great way. I was treated like a King. He had the car that I was interested in ready for a test drive. When it wasn't what I expected, he led me to the car of my childhood fantasies and took care of all of the paperwork in a way that I was very comfortable with. Paul Katsaidas was also very comforting while I nervously waited for loan approval. All the while Greg Sarantis repeatedly, checked to make sure that I was being taken good care of and ensured me that things would go properly. Overall, this was the best car buying experience of my life!!! Although I am tickled pink with my purchase, I can't wait to go back to get a companion for my Bimmer!!! More

Kaia is a great sales person Kaia is excellent and I was her first sale. We test drove a bunch of cars. Great inventory too. They only dropped $400 on the price and that seemed Kaia is excellent and I was her first sale. We test drove a bunch of cars. Great inventory too. They only dropped $400 on the price and that seemed like it was very hard for them to do. It had to be escalated a few times for the decision to be made?? My advice is to switch your pricing to "no haggle" since you don't negotiate much at all and basically tell the customers that this is a really low great price. Better marketing for Spanos and easier experience for the customers in my opinion. The car needed service right away and that took some time (5 days). Spanos owed me an oil change, coolant leak fix and "drive-train malfunction" fix. Glenn was great in service and very accommodating. Only concern was that these issues should have been diagnosed and fixed before selling the car. The car also had a recall for the fuel pump that I had to take to the BMW dealership and fix, which was free but they had the car for a day. When I picked up the car and brought it home, I inspected the work performed and two coolant hoses were very loose and not clamped down. Attention to detail! More

Great Experience I had a good experience here. DJ took great care of me on short notice. Dealer did not have to much knowledge about corvettes but that was underst I had a good experience here.
