Service Recently I rated this dealership for a purchase, which was not a bad experience, however my view of this dealership changed drastically when I had a s Recently I rated this dealership for a purchase, which was not a bad experience, however my view of this dealership changed drastically when I had a service issue. I was promised a new console when I purchased the 2009 Audi - it took three attempts on the dealers part to get the right part for my car, during this time my car developed a front end noise. I was able to finally drop off the vehicle and was given a loaner. But this was only after I was persistent - I believe I would have fallen through the cracks had I not harped on the staff- I did meet the owner briefly when dropping off my car and was confused at his insistence on knowing if I liked my new car. I told him it was in for service and he immediatelt become disinterested. The woman who answers the phone - the gate keeper became very rude with me when I wanted to know the status of my car. I will say mike in sales, a new employee, did try but it appeared he kept hitting the wall- it took 8 days to replace a console and fix a front end noise. Fortunately for me it was nothing serious or I probably still wouldn't have my car. There appears to be a serious breakdown in commination. My car was detailed before I picked it up but was left with an empty gas tank- will not recommend unless you enjoy being annoyed More

The cars they sell are unique and hard to find anywhere else. The vehicles are pristine and in impeccable condition. I purchased a car from 2008 and the leather seats and dashboard were unscratched. I originally came to Spanos looking at three Volvos, but due to their amazing prices they were all sold by the time I got there. Fortunately, my car salesman John was very accommodating and helped me find a car within my budget with all the requirements I had. The car only had one previous owner, regular maintenance performed, and extremely low mileage. This was the second car I have purchased from Spanos. The first car I purchased was a Volvo two years ago and unfortunately I was involved in a car accident. Another car t-boned me and both cars were declared a total loss. However, everyone in the Volvo was completely uninjured. If I were to have been in another car there would have been a greater possibility that I could have been injured. The finance portion of Spanos is very flexible and tailored to meet your needs. They are paired with many banks and offer extremely low interest. I will continue to buy my cars from Spanos because of the luxury cars, amazing prices, and overall accommodating customer experience. More

Great Service Great Cars I was looking for a quality car at fair price and saw a car I was interested online. I called Spanos Motors and talked with John Latrelle who invited me to come look at a xxx on their lot. Was impressed with a lot of fine vehicles and was interested in a nice Volvo S60 T5. I appreciated the no pressure and relaxed way I was treated. That evening I made a few calls to John concerning another vehicle with fewer miles. Following morning met John and in less than two hours I was on my way north with a beautiful ride. We knew John had our best interest in mind when he pointed out our 2012 Volkswagen Tiguan TSi. When we were leaving to go home with kids ages 17 months and 8 months, they went right to sleep comfortably for the first time. Needless to say my wife was very pleased and I was too. Excellent Working with John Latreille I came upon Spanos Motors through the USAA buying service. I always trust recommendations made by USAA and that trust was not misplaced in this case. I came upon Spanos Motors through the USAA buying service. I always trust recommendations made by USAA and that trust was not misplaced in this case. John Latreille was quick to respond to my inquiry about the car - by text, call and email! He then switched to my preferred method of communication when I replied by text. I had a couple of questions about the car which he answered before I came into the dealership. I then scheduled a time to come see him - walked in an hour later, and was out the door with my new (used) car two hours after that. Looking forward to working out the kinks in my new car during the 30 day warranty period. Thanks, John! More

I read the reviews and decided to purchase the vehicle sight unseen other than the pictures of the car online. The mileage I was quoted was accurate and they arranged the shipping for me without a problem as I was making my purchase from across the country in Los Angeles. Overall the experience was easy and I had my car within 10 days of sending the payment. The vehicle is in excellent condition with the exception of a couple seat tears on the back of the seats. These did not show in the pictures of the vehicle that were posted on Autotrader or their website which it now seems were of a different interior than the vehicle I purchased as the color also appears to be different but I can't be sure as the pics have been taken down since I received the car so I cannot compare them to the vehicle that arrived. I am happy with the purchase and would have bought this car had I flown to Florida and seen it before buying it. More
