I have been buying high end vehicles most of my career and this was the sixth Mercedes I have purchased over the years, but Spanos wins hands down as the dealer I would go out of my way to tell people STAY AWAY… My salesman Dean was great, but when management got involved, every promise was under delivered or broken. Not sure if they are simply incompetent or dishonest or both, but I will never buy a car from these people again. More

I will tell you all it was a gamble worth taking. the price was great and the service was great. one of the most helpful person there if you are looking for a vehicle is Robert he is the internet and marketing manager. give him a call, if you have any issues he will resolve it. Service Dept. I had purchased my Mercedes SLK 280 from Spanos about 1 year ago. So when I had a person hit the front bumper of the vehicle in a gas station parking I had purchased my Mercedes SLK 280 from Spanos about 1 year ago. So when I had a person hit the front bumper of the vehicle in a gas station parking lot. I called Spanos to see if they would be able to fix the bumper under an insurance claim. I was very pleased to speak to Steve, and find out that they could. They did a wonderful job and my vehicle looked brand new when I picked it up. They had detailed both inside and out and had even buffed my headlights. Great Job Steve!!!!! More

All the cars were fantastic, and I had decided on one, but then John found a car that had just arrived and he knew it was exactly what I was looking for. He put my car first in line to be washed, serviced, and even had the guys fix a small whole in the interior for me ASAP. The car was ready in just hours and I was able to drive it home, top down! Of course without Jeff helping in finance, all of this wouldn’t have been so easy. Thanks again guys. YOU ROCK!!! More
