Just purchased Honda Element from private sales this morning as a tow car for my RV. When i got home i realized their was a locking lug on each wheel . I called the girl I bought it from and she said sh morning as a tow car for my RV. When i got home i realized their was a locking lug on each wheel . I called the girl I bought it from and she said she lost that key long time ago.So my wife and I went over to Space Coast Honda and explained situation to them. A technician guided us into shop ,got a master key loaded into airgun and had all locking lugs for each wheel off in two minutes and replaced with new non- locking lugs. When I asked how much he said no charge and just come back when you need service...WOW and double Wow. He just made us a customer for life and Space coast Honda. More
UPDATE: Service Manager Jeff explained that he never received our message, and also apologized for not meeting with my husband upon his visit this morning. He also explained that the previous repair to oil pan gasket was improperly sealed. We will address that with the other shop. It took several hours for them to find the problematic leak and have agreed to work with us on the costly repair. This being said, I am revising my rating as we appreciate being treated like the loyal customers we have been since 2005. We look forward to continuing our business with Space Coast Honda. +++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++ Took in for oil leak. $1500 later, saying power steering pump, and pcv valve. Next morning, oil on garage floor. Take it back. Now they say oil pan gasket, even after telling them that EXACT leak was fixed two weeks prior at a different shop, they assure us they SEE it leaking. So $250 later and one day, it's STILL leaking. Called Svc Manager, had to leave voicemail, and a day later we are STILL waiting for s return call. Drove over to dealership this morning and Jeff was still too busy to speak to us, but Andy assured us that they didn't fix anything that didn't need fixing. Well they sure as didn't fix the problem, so how much more $$$ will they need? What kind of service manager can't take the time to make a return call to a customer? This isn't the first vehicle that we have purchased at Space Coast Honda, but it will be our last. More

My name is Paul Mouritsen. 2480 Brandywine Lane, Melbourne phone is 321-223-8913. I brought my 2014 Honda CRV in for an oil change on 6 December, appt at 9:30. When I left I was give the inspection report saying I had transmission fluid leaks in both rear rear axle seals. I have detected no such leak in my garage (yes, I know what to look for). I was also told I needed to replace brake pads and service the rotors. All this despite having had the 90K mile service on 27 June which found no such problem. I also had the rotors serviced and brake pads replaced on June 1, 2020 at a cost of $320. So how can I have all these problems with the car after only five months after paying a total of over $860.oo in last five month? With an appointment I was still there for 1 hours 35 minutes. After asking to speak with the service manager, I waited about ten minutes and then left since I was getting no attention. I am quite certain that you have lost me as a customer.
