The service department at this dealership is the best. When I called to find out how much an oil change was, the service lady who answered informed me that they had a special going on. The rate was better When I called to find out how much an oil change was, the service lady who answered informed me that they had a special going on. The rate was better than anywhere else in town. Not only did they change my oil, they washed and vacuumed it. I will definitely go back to this dealership for all my service. More

Hollered Honda was too busy to do a diagnostic service on my 21yr old CRV. Called Chad he said to bring it over and he would talk to service Mgr and work me in. Saw Dylan who sold me our 2020 CRV 2yrs ago. He still remembered me by name! My wife & I drove back to Orlando. My car was fixed the next morning and we were not charged a diagnostic fee like some dealers tack onto your bill! I will continue to drive the xtra miles to get honest & fair treatment at SPACE COAST HONDA! More

Last 2 times I went for service The calibration for the screen was done. I had to call back and get instructions on how to do it myself. In addition Oil change took 1 hour and 20 minutes, Previous visit screen was done. I had to call back and get instructions on how to do it myself. In addition Oil change took 1 hour and 20 minutes, Previous visit I was out in less than 45 minutes. I have purchased 2 vehicles from this dealership and had all service done there, Service has gone downhill. More

Ordered a part. Was advised I would be notified when part came in. Days went by and I called to discover the part was in. No notification. Amanda came on the line to schedule me and gave me an option part came in. Days went by and I called to discover the part was in. No notification. Amanda came on the line to schedule me and gave me an option. I asked for earlier appointment as I was leaving town in two days. She said she needed to talk to Isiah my service manager and he would call me back. Hours went by no call. I called again and Amanda said she would go see him. No call from Isiah or Amanda. I called again and Amanda said she would walk over to Isiah and call back. She waited until 558p to call me, and left a message. I called back right away and she was gone for the day. HORRIBLE customer service. This is not the first time I have been ignored at your dealership. During the pandemic I was advise you would send someone to pick up my vehicle for service. When I called to make an appointment I was told you didn't do that. Again, HORRIBLE customer service. I will not be back... More
