We are sorry to hear your visit did not go as planned. We understand each Honda dealer may carry aftermarket options but we feel Genuine Honda parts seem to work and last longer and they stand behind it. In regards to the airbag, we understand that the repair may not have been the reason for the visit. But with such a serious safety recall and potential harm that could come if it went off Honda requires us to replace and complete any recall at the time of service provided we have the parts on hand. We apologize for any inconvenienced this may have caused you with us. But we strive to keep our customers safe and provide the best service and parts available to us.
