Great Car, Great People, Great Deal We just finished buying a Certified Used Honda Civic for my daughter. Jeff Goff, Chad Reed and Will Laurent made this experience enjoyable. All our questions were answered openly and honestly. They went above and beyond in getting a great financing rate for my daughter even though this was her first car loan. In the end we feel like we were able to negotiate a great deal with Jeff and Chad. 2015 used Honda broke down 2 days are purchase 2 days after purchase of a 10,000 used Honda Fit (paid full sticker price), it had a mechanical issue. All sensor lights came on when a seal came off. 2 days after purchase of a 10,000 used Honda Fit (paid full sticker price), it had a mechanical issue. All sensor lights came on when a seal came off. They repaired it and said it wasn’t a big deal, but it was unsettling. The best they did to make me feel better was offer me a leased car instead (a new car was out of my budget), although that was really an option I wasn’t sold on. Just feel like I am stuck with a car that I don’t trust now. It feels lousy to feel stuck. More

Great series of detailed photos of the vehicle, including one each of all four tires! Carfax report provided immediately. When we showed up rather late on a Wednesday evening, the car was in the showroom area ready to go. Immaculate and no surprises. Gave us the history of the previous owner. Brought insurance and finance reps in to talk to us and get further instructions. Completed the paperwork in a smooth fashion. Car was gassed up, detailed one more time while we did the paperwork and on the road before they closed. Very impressive and positive experience. More
