She wasnt sure what to ask, what to look for, but John listened and helped her out so she felt at ease. Once she found her car, we negotiated a price to fit around her budget, this is where John and Jason Chase truly went above and beyond to make our price range happen. From there we went to Darnell Johnson and he explained every detail of the financing and made my Mother in law feel at ease with everything she was signing.
