Fastest quality service I’ve ever seen. Came in looking to trade my 2018 Optima for a 2019 Civic Sport. Drew was the first salesman to greet me at the door and show me what they had in stock Came in looking to trade my 2018 Optima for a 2019 Civic Sport. Drew was the first salesman to greet me at the door and show me what they had in stock. Going through the guest check in was a breeze, he was fair with the negotiations and even though my payment went up twenty bucks a month, it was a small price to pay for everything that I was getting. Drew was very friendly and didn’t make me feel pressured at any point during the process. When it came time to go into Finance, I started working with Justin. Justin was definitely cool, calm and professional to work with. This process was relatively painless. He went over everything in great detail and didn’t overwhelm me at all. Once again didn’t feel pressured into putting a certain amount down, very comfortable environment. Hands down the best car buying experience that I’ve had to date! Keep up the awesome work guys! More
