Both Chris B and Jake (in finance) were amazing. Chris was patient and professional and I felt that he wanted to get me in the right vehicle for me (not just make a sale and get me out the door). He kept me informed on inventory and periodically reached out to me via email/text. No pressure; just a sincere and professional effort to earn my business, which I appreciated. When it came time to select a vehicle and make a decision my main interaction was with Andrew Spicer. I don’t think I’ve ever worked with a more knowledgeable Honda vehicle sales representative. Andrew knows Honda vehicles inside and out. He not only worked with me to make the best choice possible, but took the time to go over in detail every feature in the vehicle.
