Very disappointed with my recent service. My 2021 CR-V (with only 6,300 miles on it and well within the warranty) back-up camera's bracket (which attaches it to the tailgate) had broken so th My 2021 CR-V (with only 6,300 miles on it and well within the warranty) back-up camera's bracket (which attaches it to the tailgate) had broken so the camera was pointing down at the pavement instead of outward. The service guys said it couldn't be repaired and wasn't covered under warranty. Replacement would be $425. In the past 19 years I have leased 10 Honda vehicles (4 from this particular dealer), and it seemed to me that keeping a loyal, repeat customer such as myself would be a priority. Apparently not. On to Subaru for my next vehicle. More

Austin treats the customer with care and understanding before focusing on a sale. He was patient with us and took the time to listen to what our needs were in a new vehicle. The Odyssey was roomy and com before focusing on a sale. He was patient with us and took the time to listen to what our needs were in a new vehicle. The Odyssey was roomy and comfortable and we decided that’s what we wanted but the price and all the electronic features scared us. First, he explained every button, switch, knob, light, etc to us and made us feel comfortable. Then he helped us get to a number we could live with. Paperwork took a little time and we weren’t ready to leave until an hour after closing time but Austin stayed to make sure we were satisfied before we drove off the lot. Austin- we appreciate you. We gladly give you a 10 out of a 10! More
