After 5 months of test driving vehicles and listening to the usual sales pitch I had resigned myself to the fact it was not time to buy a new car. I then heard someone tell me about their experience with Honda and what a great vehicle they found. I did some research, asked co-workers and found Honda is NOT out of my price range. I didn't even think of trying them for that reason. I went to Space Coast Honda and was greeted by Bob Miller. First impression was that he is a nice honest person. I was right. The experience from start to finish was comfortable, relaxed, not pressured, satisfying and fun. Three days later I had the car I had been looking for in the color I wanted with all the options, and more, that I had hoped for and all for less than I was expecting to pay. I highly recommend Space Coast Honda! If you want the most pleasurable purchasing experience, ask for Bob Miller. They don't come any better than Bob. I also dealt with Justin in finance and Doug the sales manager. All super honest, friendly, fun and totally willing to do what it takes to make you the next "Honda customer for life". During the summer we were looking for a new Honda Civic. We knew we wanted to stay in our area rather than going over to Orlando. We ended up with salesman Mack Skinner. We started looking at cars. During this time Mack Skinner keep looking at his watch. He was very distracted. Then he announced that he needed to leave to go and pick up his daughter. We have children so we understood. We decided to go and eat lunch and come back. When we got back Mack Skinner had his daughter with him. We were trying to work out some details and his daughter keep interrupting. We felt like we were not getting anywhere. I am sure that a salesman could afford a babysitter or day care. I am sure that Mack Skinner's child would be happier there too. But she was left to run around a car dealership. We told Mack Skinner we wanted to think things over. But that was not the truth. We felt like we were not getting our salesman's undivided attention. We also found out that he picked his child up everyday and brought her to work with him. When you are making a major purchase such as a car it would be nice if you could ask questions. I felt like Mack Skinner just wanted us to hand him the money and go. I had heard good things about Space Coast Honda from friends. But I guess we just did not get the right salesman. We ended up buying a car from another Honda dealer in Brevard County. More

I purchased a Honda Civic from Space Coast Honda last weekend. Our salesman Mike Kovacs was great. He took the time to answer all our questions and made us feel comfortable with our decision. The sales department was great from the salesperson Geoge to the managers doug and dustin, they went out of there way to get me the pilot I was looking for all the way in another state. I had a horrible experience at Space Coast this past weekend. Believe it or not, I had done business with them in the past....I have had 2 Hondas and now I was wanting to get my next one. WELL THEY LOST MY BUSINESS AND I WILL NEVER GO BACK. I was treated as if I had not researched what I wanted, what the price would be, and I was definitely not valued as a former Space Coast customer. The sales manager was utterly ridiculous with his offers and must have thought I was dumb single woman who knew no better. I LEFT IN TEARS AND FELT DRAINED. I ended up driving quite a distance to Southeastern Honda where I was approached by Michael Denmark. He worked with me and after talking to his sales manager, we agreed on a price after 20 minutes. NEVER ONCE DID THEY TREAT ME WITH DISRESPECT OR MAKE ME FEEL LIKE I WAS NOT A VALUED CUSTOMER. I am a single mom, and I will tell all of my friends to go to Southeastern Honda for their new car needs. No one, especially a single woman, should have to go thru what I did at Space Coast. Thank you Southeastern Honda and Michael Denmark for helping me get the Honda Civic Coupe EX I had my heart set on......... :-) :-) More
This was my worsy experience ever and I have purchased over 10 vehicles in the past 12 years. They wasted 2 days of my wife's and my time. I was quoted on the phone by the general manager an out the door over 10 vehicles in the past 12 years. They wasted 2 days of my wife's and my time. I was quoted on the phone by the general manager an out the door price. When we came in to sign the deal they just happen to add $1800 to the price for dealers fees and some other bs fees. The mamanger stated that I was mistaken about the quoted price and was as arrogant as you can get. Rude all the way around and told me than this was not the vehicle for me. Please don't waste your time with this place! More

I am giving this business a bad rating because their service department is deplorable. Representatives of the service department are frequently obnoxious, conniving. and incompetent. They are more professional when they know sales representatives are watching them, but not much. Unbelievably rude and smug. On a $200 service (in which I had waited at least four hours) they missed that I had a dead battery causing me to get stuck and miss an important appointment. I suspected this was the problem and called for assistance. The dealership told me I would have to schedule an appointment in a few days as they were booked! Another Honda dealership found the dead battery immediately, and replaced it the same day. Employees at McDonald's exhibit more common sense and professional courtesy than the service representatives at this dealership. You can count on being ignored and having to wait all day for a $34 service, even if you scheduled well in advance. More
