Unlike other reviews, we have never had a bad experience with SCH's service; however, I too have noticed more "stress" in the service department in the last one, or maybe two years. I have verbally noted this to the SCH management a couple of times. Again, to be clear, we have always had excellent service, yet hopefully, SCH management will take notice and remedy the issues that may be causing the "stress." As mentioned, this month's purchase of a CR-V is our 4th Honda vehicle from SCH. Buying a car is one of our least desired endeavors, ranking somewhere in the vicinity of a root-canal. Although SCH does use the negotiation process like all other dealers, their sales team has always been very friendly and professional. Especially salesmen Anthony Andrews and John (Desi) DeSimone, and sales manager Doug Finwall. As with all car purchases, being up-to-date is essential, even with the SCH sales team. The bottom line is that we will continue to be SCH customers and recommend family, friends, and others. More

I went in to Space Coast Honda two nights ago to look at the Honda Civic. I was leasing a Civic (2011), and while my lease was ending, I wasn't sure what I wanted to do....buy my car, or lease another. I the Honda Civic. I met with a very helpful and knowledgeable salesman, Bob Miller, and he made the process very easy for me. While I sat at his desk, we went over a few key points regarding what I was looking for in a vehicle, then Bob went and pulled around the perfect car for me to test drive. Bob didn't push any options that I didn't need or want, he simply gave me exactly what I asked for. The General Sales Manager was very personable and helpful. We had the whole deal completed in around an hour (test drive included). After that I worked with the finance department, who were also as quickly paced as they could be, considering the amount of paperwork they have to go over with you. All in all I was very satisfied with my shopping experience. The people were kind, helpful and knew what they were doing. I look forward to working with them in the future. More

Jason told me I could hold a car with credit card and he would put it on another lot so it would be not be sold until I could get there on the weekend. I gave him my credit card number. I then sent the original salesperson Chad an email detailing the agreement and asked that he email me back to confirm the agreement. When Chad did not answer my email, I called his cell phone. He didn't answer that call either or a later call to him thru the dealership. I then called Jason who assured me the car was in another lot and safe and was waiting for me for out 10 a.m. Sat appointment. I was still suspicious because I had read multiple reviews about this dealership telling people they had a car but when the person arrived there was no car. I immediately called the sales manager Doug Fenwall and asked that he get involved. Within minutes he told me they had sold the car earlier that day. Doug Fenwall promised me he would find me another car and call me on Monday. I never heard from him on Monday and called him on Tuesday. I have never heard from back from him. Please avoid this dealership as there appears to be a systematic problem with lying. More

DO NOT BOTHER! We just drove TEN HOURS to purchase a used car. When we arrived, it had been sold by another salesperson. We told them we were coming. We were in contact with the salesman the entire way. And car. When we arrived, it had been sold by another salesperson. We told them we were coming. We were in contact with the salesman the entire way. And he didn't even BOTHER to check if the car was still there. Their policy is that they can be negotiating on the same vehicle with two different customers at the same time. You will not even know until the car is sold. They didn't have the courtesy to inform us that we might get here and the car might be gone. The salesman didn't even check for the car until we walked into the place. And when we told them how upset we were, they claimed that even if we had put down a deposit, there would be no guarantee the car wouldn't be sold before we got there. WHAT'S THE POINT IN TRYING TO BUY A USED FAR FROM THESE PEOPLE. They're looking for the first person to put down money. That's it. They don't care about your business and your interest. They want to make the first deal they can get. The salesmen don't even talk to each other. I have never been so angry in my life. Please be prepared to be disappointed with this dealership. More

I recently purchased a car from Space Coast Honda. I was pleased with everyone expect my sales person Anthony Andrews. He greeted us on the lot as we were looking at cars. I thought it was odd that the first words out of his mouth were "Are you buying a car today"? How do you know if you are going to buy a car before you look at it? Mr. Andrews did not tell us anything about the Honda Accord we were looking at. All he did was hand us the keys so we could take a test drive of the car. Once we returned to the lot he took us inside the dealership and handed us over to Salesmanager Doug Finwall. Everyone else we encounter at the dealership were very kind and helpful. But Anthony was really rather rude. I was hoping we would have received a survey from Honda but we never did. Because if I had I would have told whoever about Mr. Andrews behavior. I wish we would have left in the beginning after Mr. Andrews greeted us. Something about him made the hair stand up on the back of my neck. We have called several times getting to try and set up appointments to have work done on the car. Mr. Andrews does not return our calls. If you are buying a car at Space Coast Honda I hope you get a different sales person. If you get Mr. Andrews you will see what I mean. I just can't get over how he spoke to us. If I acted like that at my place of employment I would have been fired. More
