Pleasant experience buying our CRV Salesman, Matt Cole, met us at the door and was very personable and helpful. We knew we wanted a CRV but had never driven or owned one before. He was Salesman, Matt Cole, met us at the door and was very personable and helpful. We knew we wanted a CRV but had never driven or owned one before. He was able to answer all of our questions and showed us several before we test drove the one we ended up purchasing. We never felt pressured or rushed by Matt. He was also very organized and took care of all of the paperwork in a very efficient manner. Kudos, also, to Jake, the Finance Manager, who went through all of the loan information with us, explaining everything very thoroughly. Good job, guys! It was a pleasant experience! More
