Used Truck Purchase Toyota Tacoma Purchased a 2008 Toyota Tacoma in December 2015. Agreed to a final total cash price which included the Tag. A month later after a number of calls I found the Tag was sitting at their dealership and they extorted another $225 before they would release it to me. Additionally, when they sold the Truck I asked the Salesman about a rattle I heard under the truck. He said it was nothing, probably something loose. Taking his word for it, which I should have known better, I made the purchase and found out a week later from the Local Toyota Dealer that the Catalytic Converter was bad and the replacement and labor cost me $2100. More

From the time of our arrival from DAB, we were greeted with friendly courtesy. While our contact salesman was being paged, we were directed to coffee bar, restroom and seating. In passing, all staff personnel either greeted us or smiled creating an aura of a good place to be! When Bill Miles appeared with a welcoming smile and greeting he inquired as to what vehicle we we're interested in. He responded by bringing the Honda Odyssey to the front of the building where it could be inspected. Rain began to fall just then, so Bill brought the Van to an indoor area. He patiently and professionally explained every feature offered in this model demonstrating his proficiency in product information, thorough an knowledgeable. This van is to be a replacement for Nancy's van so when she indicated to Bill that much of her driving was highway. He suggested a demonstration drive that included a portion of I-95. Bill was courteous, polite and friendly in every instance and truly made our car buying experience a most pleasnt one. His follow-up telephone call was appreciated and welcomed as a concerned friendly call. My final comment was wish that your dealership was closer to us or that we were closer to it. To conclude the purchase, we were introduced to Chad whom made us feel comfortable, was expedient and counseled us with good advise regarding the offered warranty coverage and explaining the significance of the documents being signed.
