Bait and Switch They made me an offer for a new 2018 Honda CRV with the trade in of my existing CRV. When I returned from a trip, the salesperson told me the offer w They made me an offer for a new 2018 Honda CRV with the trade in of my existing CRV. When I returned from a trip, the salesperson told me the offer was still good. However, when I drove over to purchase the new vehicle, the salesperson and then the sales manager told me that the price had gone up by $900 and that I needed to finance the car through Honda. I had told them previously that I was paying cash. Needless to say, I was both surprised and very disappointed with this outcome and left. I wrote to the owner of Space Coast Honda about this bait and switch tactic, but he never responded. They have signs all over the dealership that they are Honda President Award recipients but the requirements must be extremely low. So if you are looking for a new Honda, don' t be fooled by all their advertising about their commitment to customer service. It's not there. Look for a more reputable Honda dealer. More

The Customer Is Not Important After They Buy I bought two cars at the same time, one used for my teenage son and one new right off the showroom floor. I was promised a fix to chips in the paint o I bought two cars at the same time, one used for my teenage son and one new right off the showroom floor. I was promised a fix to chips in the paint on the new car, but once the job was completed, looked like nothing had been done. I sent emails to several people at the dealership to include the service manager, but received no reply. When I met the person who performed the paint repair and showed him the pictures of the repair, he asked me what I wanted it to look like. Receiving that reaction and not ever being contacted by the service manager, left me with the impression that they do not value their slogan that they wanted me to be a "Customer for Life". More
