But what impressed me the most was his dedication to his work and his customers. Shortly before finally driving away in our new vehicle, I found out that he really wasn't supposed to be at work until about noon, since he wasn't scheduled to be off until about 8 pm. Yet the morning we were there to see him at 9, he was already there prepping our CRV at 7:30. He could have easily scheduled our appointment around his, but he placed our desires above his.
